RE: Director Pension and PAYE
Hi tdevip,
If you will not be taking any salary payments or providing any reportable benefits or expenses, then you will not be required to register for PAYE as an employer.
The SIPP is a personal pension and is not classed as a workplace pension.
An employer can make contributions to a workplace pension and guidance on this can be found here: Workplace pensions
If you need further help in relation to SIPPs, you can contact MoneyHelper on 08000113797.
You can also find further guidance on how SIPPs work here: Personal pensions.
Thank you.

RE: P11D on overdrawn loans exceeding 10 000 GBP
Hi mgr.kamil,
Generally, where an employee/director is given a loan over £10,000 and interest is calculated at or above HMRC's official interest rate, then there is no benefit to report.
However, if the loan is provided via the director's loan account and it is overdrawn (where the director has taken money out of the company that is not classed as dividend or salary and the figure exceeds any money they have put into the company) then the director will be deemed to be benefitting from a director's loan. If the loan exceeds £10,000 at any time in the tax year, then a benefit in kind has to be calculated on the P11D form.
Expenses and benefits: loans provided to employees

RE: Employment Allowance
Hi Thunderbug,
If your bill for Employers NIC is 3500 for the year then 3500 worth of credit will be added to your PAYE account.
If your bill is 6000, then 5000 credit will be added.
If you send the EPS after 22nd of oct then the Employment Allowance will be added 22nd of NOV. and the credit will be the same amount as the NIC bill.
