Please contact HMRC's corporation tax helpline on 0300 200 3410 with the company's CT UTR so that we can look at your query in detail.

RE: R&D Additional information form
Hi jejd68,
The corporation tax agent can submit the company’s tax return online and if we need further supporting information, we will write to them.
The agent can then refer the query to the company to address.
The fact that the corporation tax agent files the return online does not automatically mean we will assume that they are the R&D agents or that
they have been involved in the preparation of any R&D report.

RE: Second job tax
Hi koldyme,
Your employer will advise us when you have commenced your second job within 35 days of starting.
We will then review your tax codes.
If you are using all your personal allowance of 12570 with your first job then your second job will have a tax code of BR (Basic Rate).
If you are not using your full personal allowance at your first job then we can allocate some of your unused allowances to your second job.

RE: Hong Kong Cash Payout Scheme (2020) and other matters
Hi Almoore,
1. Yes, you should declare foreign dividends in the appropriate section of the Self Assessment Foreign pages (SA106).
2. You are correct is stating that the transfer of money from an overseas bank account to a UK account has no income tax implications (though any interest or dividends generated may be taxable).
3. As regards the HK Cash Payout, I would suggest that you provide details in the 'Any Other Information' box of the relevant Self Assessment tax return.
Thank you. -
