If the certificate is in the deceaseds name then you will need to sent it in to
HMRC PAYE & Self Assessment
BX9 1AS.
If in your name, it is you who reports it.

You can use this scheme but you still need to stick to ISA limits.
CGT will not be due if you are under the annual allowance.

Yes, this would be seen as a disposal and CGT would be due.
You can claim private residence relief for the period you lived in the property.
Exhange rates can be found at Foreign exchange rates and spot rates: 1 January 1989 to 31 March 2009 and Exchange rates from HMRC in CSV and XML format

re; CGT on a property 'built' within my property
Hi,
Yes you will be liable to CGT on the 2 bed house. no private residential relief is due as this 'new build' has never been your own house.
The gain will be due on the difference in dispoal price and the cost to build.
You cannot deduct any mortgage/finance still outstanding.
