RE: Higher Rate Tax Relief on Pension Payments
Hi Ptam,
When you submit a tax return with pension contributions, the relief for these contributions will be reflected in your calcualtion.
This will then also automatically update next year's tax code with a prediction of your pension contibutions, so you receive the relief for these contributions in-year.

If the pension contributions are taken from your net income then yes they can reduce your adjusted net income

You do not include them as taxable income, but you will refer to the income in the comments section and that it is not taxable in the UK by virtue of the DTA.
