If the DTA gives exclusive taxing rights to another country, no UK tax is payable and so no relief will be available.
If a DTA applies to your circumstances in this way, you are encouraged to provide further details in the ‘any other information’ section of form SA100 (page TR7)

RE: Registration for SA by post
Hi KY Wong,
If you register after 5 October you will still get the 3 months and week to file the tax return before late filing penalties are charged, but, the original payment date will still apply so for 2022/23 tax returns this will be 31/01/24.

RE:P55 refunds, where do they go on self assessment?
Hi Xinarossy,
On the tailor your tax return page 3 of 3 there is question 24:
"Have you had any 2022-23 Income Tax refunded or off-set by us or JobCentre Plus? If you answer yes then you can enter the details of refund already received".
