Hi,
You do not need to do anything. The banks and building societies will notify HMRC at the tax year end of the untaxed interest. Once this information has been received, your record will be reviewed and if you have underpaid, a calculation will be issued and the underpayment collected in the following tax years tax code.

RE: Finland - UK Tax Treaty - Directors' Fee
Hi,
If you are UK resident and domiciled, you are liable on your worldwide income and you will need to declare the direcotrs fees here.
Article 17 states that it may be taxed in Finland as that is where the company is based. You can then claim Foreign Tax Credit Relief to reduce your UK liability for the same source.
