RE: Dispoal proceeds received from TFL for VAN
Hi,
You will need to speak with the provider and ask if it is counted as income or is tax exempt.
If it is taxable, it will either be included in your trading profit or your non-trading profit, depending on how it is to be treated. There is not a specific box just for grant income.

You do not need to contact us about the strike off, Companies House will notify us of your intent and again when the company is struck off.
HMRC will contact you if there are any matters outstanding.

RE: Does HMRC accept printed iXBRL computation files along side CT600 form?
Hi,
If the company is dissolved, we would not expect you to file any further returns, computations, or accounts.
However, if you do wish or need to submit a manual return, then the computations can be in any format as long as the information is clear.
It is only when you have to file online, we need you to use IXBRL.
