Yes, you can claim full Private Residence Relief.
Use the SA108 to report it as no foreign tax should be due. as you are claiming Private Residence Relief, this figure should be included as part of your costs so that there is no taxable gain due.
You also need to state that you are claiming an election, that is, the Private Residence Relief, PRR.

Yes, in this case you would need to submit a tax return. If your income is covered by your personal allowance then no tax will be due but the tax return will still need to be filed.

The business will be you as a sole trader for your self employed work. If you are trading under your own name and from your home address this is the information you will be entering to register for Self Assessment and an UTR.

No, it can just mean that both employers can pay you in the same pay period.
Once the payments are made and submitted to HMRC we will review to check the correct tax is paid and make any adjustment to your tax code if needed.

If you complete a Self Assessment tax return then any refund due from your PAYE income will be calculated when you submit the tax return.

Hi,
If you check your payslip and if the contributions are deducted before the tax is calculated then you already have received the relief on the contributions and you are not able to claim again.
If they are deducted from your net pay then you can make the claim at the PPR section on the tax return.
If you are not sure if the contributions are from gross or net pay then you can check with your payroll department or you can contact HMRC to check your record.
