Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused through receiving this mail. Please return the correspondence to us so that we can investigate the matter further - cross out the name and
address and write “return to sender' on the front of the envelope, and post the letter back to us. You do not need to use a stamp to do this. If a return address is not already present on the letters,
return them to Pay As You Earn and Self Assessment, HM Revenue and Customs, BX9 1AS.
