The guidance is to apply to everyone and all are entitled to the standard lifetime allowance.
If you have applied for protected allowances you need to notify your pension provider so that the correct certitcate is issued.

Hi,
As the value has been given at 500k, you are already over the IHT threshold.
This is the figure that would be taken as the 'purchase' price when it comes to any CGT.
If it then sells for more, then CGT would be due on the difference.

As no longer UK resident, the income should be declared in Spain as you are carrying out the work from there.
