RE: Online fitness coach providing online coaching to Non UK Clients
Hi,
If you are providing digital services to UK customers then this would be a taxable supply and would go towards your turnover for VAT Registration purposes.
If you are providing these services to customers overseas then these should be Outside The Scope of VAT and would not go towards your taxable turnover.
Please see below:
VAT rules for supplies of digital services to consumers

Hi,
The annual lower earnings limit for the current tax year 24/25 is £6396.
If your annual earnings are above this figure you should receive a full qualifying year.
For best advice on how many tax years you need to voluntary pay to get your maximum State Pension you will need to speak to the Future Pensions Centre.

RE: Applying for NI credits as a foster carer - dates of entitlement?
Hi,
The dates to be applied to the form are the ones you are claiming the NI credits for.
A tax year runs 6 April to 5 April the following year.
You can only apply to end of the current tax year for the end date.
When you apply for Credits for Parents and Carers, please attach the required evidence from the local authority.
If you require the credits for future years you may need to apply each tax year depending on your circumstances.

Irish social security contributions 1997 to 2006 to top-up UK NI contribution record
Hi,
There is no transfer of social security contributions from one country to another.
Your UK National Insurance account will only ever show the contributions that you’ve paid in the United Kingdom.
It is possible, however, that the contributions that you’ve paid in the Republic of Ireland may help with your UK Pension entitlement.
This is a question for The Pension Service, but at the time you make your claim to a UK Pension you would inform them that you had been in other countries
and they would do their calculations.
It would be of benefit to speak with The Pension Service, I note that you have tried to contact them but their contact details can be found here:- Contact the Future Pension Centre
Thank you.
