The repayment supplement you receive from HMRC is not a taxable income.
HMRC only review the last 4 tax years, if you think you may be due a repayment for a year you should always enquire within 4 years of the
tax year ending to ensure a repayment has been issued if due.

• you can try to self-serve at HMRC online services: sign in or set up an account
• to sign in with their User ID and Password
• select the link
'Problems receiving this code' then
'you can get help’
• to follow the online prompts
• when they make the request online Gov.UK will issue an email to them and the selected administrator
• once the reset has been performed with Group management new confirmation emails will be sent to them and the selected administrator
• they can then update the way they get their access code the next time they sign in

A1 applications that have been sent in online are currently taking around 15 weeks.
Without your National Insurance number we are unable to confirm if your certificate has been issued, you should call the National Insurance helpline 03000 200 3500 for further information.

Yes it is a private pension and subject to the DTA.
You would need to submit a claim for relief in the UK - Double Taxation: Treaty Relief (Form DT-Individual).

As its a UK property, the UK has first rights to tax this income.
Portugal may also reserve the right to tax it and you can claim relief for any UK tax paid against the Portuguese tax due.
