As it is in a personal account, any interest generated would be seen as your income and form part of the personal savings allowance and you would need to declare
it as your own and not the fund.

HMRC do not refund foreign tax.
You can only get a credit in resepct of the UK tax that would be due on the income and any excess would need to be reclaimed from the foreing authority.
Due to the level of income received, you need to declare this on a self assessment return -

Any issues regarding the P45 would need to be raised with the employer.
The details should still reach your record with HMRC even if the date of birth is wrong.

If you are likely to earn self-employed income during the current tax year, you should register now for self assessment.
In the event that you in fact earn no self-employed income and incur no expenses, you should complete the Self Employment pages (SA103) accordingly.
