RE: Capital Gains Tax on Oveseas Property
Hi,
For stamp duty please refer to Stamp Duty Land Tax.
We cannot comment on future events as legislation and/or plans may change but based on current guidance, if the property abroad is sold prior to yor move to UK no CGT would be due.

RE: VAT Margin Scheme Application if you split the product purchases
Hi,
It could be possible that the Global Accounting Margin scheme may be applicable.
The Global Accounting Scheme accounts for VAT on the margin between your total eligible purchases and total eligible sales.
The eligibility criteria per guidance mentions you can use the scheme if:
• buy an eligible item for £500 or more, and the item is made up of several components valued at less than £500, and you sell the component items individually.
More details can be found in relevant VAT Guidance on GOV.UK Using the global accounting VAT margin scheme

RE: PAYE where do I find if on Disability
Hi,
It should normally be on the payslip you recieved from the pension provider which showed tax deducted , it would start with 3 numbers then is made up of a combination of letters and numbers ( ie 120 / AB123) if you cannot find this please contact the pension provider who shoud be able to advise you of this.

RE: HMRC think I have 2 jobs but I only have 1
Hi namnam786,
Unfortunatley we can only answer questions of a generic nature on this forum.
I can only apologose for the fustrations you are having getting through and speaking with our helplines.
But you will need to contact them to resove this situation, you shoud explain to them again that your current employment is your only employment, and that you want it to be made 'primary'. The empoyer who you have never actually worked for can be temprorarily ceased or made secondary which should then mean we can get you on the correct code at your employment going forward.- Income Tax: general enquiries

RE: P45 Question
Hi,
This can happen when you start and leave a job in the same month, it maybe that your new employer is operating the 1257l W1/X code which does not take account of any earnings you have had prior to starting your employment.
You should still pay the correct level of tax per month on this code going forward, but there is a possiblilty if both empoyers used the same code in July, that you will have had duplicate tax free allowance that month, so may have a shortfall of tax at the end of the tax year.
This will be reviewed automtaically by our systems so you would not have too do anything futher.
If you are unsure please contact us here - Income Tax: general enquiries
