RE:Need Assistance for Receiving 2021-2022 Tax Refund Via BACS Instead of Cheque
Hi niktheodor,
If the repayment was sent as a cheque we would not be able to repay by BACS.
You can deposit the cheque in a UK bank account.
The other option if you no longer have a UK account we can repay to a nominee.
You would need to contact HMRC with the nominee's details.
