No. If the payments on account do not cover the full balance once you submit your Self Assessment then you would have up to the 31 January the following year to pay the remaining balance before interest would be charged.

Hi,
Any expense that is wholly & exclusively incurred in the running of your rental business would be a revenue expense .
So if claimed as a revenue expense could not be claimed as a Capital Expense on the sale of the property.

Hi,
You would have until 5 october 2024 to tell us that you need to complete a tax return.
You would have until 31 October 2024 to complete a paper return and 31 January 2025 to submit an online return.

Hi,
The early redemption fee is paid because you paid up a mortgage early. This was your choice and that is why it is not able to be claimed.
