Re:How to calculate class 4 on second job?
Hi,
The Lower Profit Limit for class 4 applies only to the profits from self employment, the PAYE income is not taken into account for calculating class 4.
You should also be aware of the Small Profit Threshold for Class 2 NI which is payable of S/E profits over £6725 (24/25 rate).
Thank you.

Re:Payroll data migration from previous payroll provider
Hi,
You may need this information if you require to make any amendments in future.
It is also important to note you have certain data retention requirements for the information.
So you would need to assess if this is information you have in the historical payslips or if it is something you would need to get from the previous account.
Thank you. -

Re:Holiday entitlement to pay for employee who left
Hi,
Holiday pay and final payment of salary for an employee who left still needs to be reported via RTI.
If you have already issued the employee with a P45 then you will need to report this as a pyment after leaving and provide the employee with a letter detailing the date they made the payment, the gross amount of the payment, the amount of PAYE tax deducted and confirmation that this is a payment made to them after they left.
Do not give the employee another P45. More information can be found at:
What to do when an employee leaves
Thank you.
