I've searched for this everywhere and can't get a straight answer.. E.g.. If I purchase a van on HP for £15,000 I pay a first payment of £300 then its £250 each month. I will own the van at the end. I use Cash Basis. I will be using milage method. No repairs, No tax, No Fuel etc... I understand. Is they only thing I can claim for this van the Interest I pay each month and the 45p/25p milage I do ? No AI and No Capital Allowance? Or can i... Claim £300 and the £250 I pay each month? Milage at £45p etc.. Please help thank you.

The mileage method covers all espenses related to your car/van so you cannot claim additional expenses for hire purchase .

Thank you.
