I have submitted a self assessment and it states I am entitled to a refund. I click on request repayment and enter my bank details etc and it states request has been submitted. When I have logged in a couple of days later, the repayment request hasn't been processed and i have to request the repayment again. This has happened 3 times - is anyone aware of why this might be happening and why my repayment request might keep bouncing?

If the repayment has not been issued there may be something stopping this happening automatically.
