I've had a complaint in for a Self-Assessment client since the end of February. It's now June, and I know it's been received yet I've had no response and no indicated of when I will get a response. It is holding up the repayment of a client's refund. How long are complaints taking to process and why is it now so slow?

I have also files a written complaint about my self assessment and wrong amount calculated but have not received a reply it's going the fourth week now
