Hi, Completed my 21/22 10 weeks ago and some money was owed back. Its stuck in security checks now for 10 weeks. I have called in twice but they say they cant advise me further. How much longer should I wait and is there an escalation path to understand what is going on? Thanks MD

If a repayment has been stopped for additional checks, the adviser you speak to will advise if there has been any update. If not they can send a referral based on the timescales for the department that are reviewing the repayment.

Hi, Its been well over the 8 weeks now - nearing 12 weeks. I called again they could not tell me whats going on. How can I escalate this please? Thanks
