tax already paid not showing on completed return

After submitting my return online at the weekend and going into view your calculation today I am being asked to pay a balancing payment and a 1st payment on account for 2022-2023 however I pay all my tax and have done for years through CIS so I am up to date. Starting to get worried now as the deadline is in January surely hmrc has information on tax received and my calculation which states is 100% complete should show that.

You will need to review the return you submitted to ensure you declared the tax deducted under CIS.

This is not a pre populated box and the amount of tax deducted needs to be entered by you from your CIS statements. 

If not entered, you will need to amend your return.
