You would need to complete the SA109 in order to confirm you are not UK resident.

Hi,
The overseas profit should be shown in the self employment section, so that it can be included in the calculations for tax and National Insurance.
If you had to pay foreign tax on the profit, then you will also show the profit in the foreign section along with the tax deducted and claim Foreign Tax Credit Relief.
