Hi,
If you contact the department for work and pensions, they will be able to advise you on the HRP period to see if it affects your qualifying tax years to a full state pension.
Your wife can send form CF411 into HMRC to request the transfer of HRP tax years and we will advise you if the transfer can be made.

RE: Class 2 or Class 3
Hi,
There are certain conditions that must be met in order to be eligible to pay at the voluntary Class 2 rate.
Please refer to the NI38 leaflet - Social Security abroad: NI38 Under the section ‘Paying voluntary National Insurance contributions while you’re abroad’ this
states that ‘immediately before going abroad, you were ordinarily an employed or self-employed earner in the UK’.
If you feel that your wife’s application has not been correctly assessed, she would need to write to HMRC stating the reasons why she thinks she meets the conditions set out in the NI38.
The address to write to is:
National Insurance Contributions and Employer Office
International Caseworker department
PT Operations North East England
HM Revenue and Customs
BX9 1AN
Thank you.

RE: Tax Credit and UC Migration
Hi,
When a claim to UC is made DWP will inform HMRC and the tax credit claim will end.
HMRC will send the customer a TC603 (In year finalisation notice) replaying the customers circumstances.
The customer will need to check this and tell us if any of the information is correct.
The customer may be asked to provide income details.
HMRC will finalise the claim and notify the customer if they have been overpaid.
If there is an overpayment the debt will transfer to DWP for collection.
Thank you. -

RE: How to pay from UK after CF83 approval.
Hi Spanish,
You would need to contact the tax office to ask them if it is possible for them to transfer the tax refund to your National Insurance records.
Then you would need to advise the National Insurance contributions office, which tax years you want the payment to be allocated to.
Thank you.
