RE: Pension Contributions after Crystallisation
Hi,
You cannot use previous years to get tax relief on your contributions.
The unused relief is only carried forward in the event you exceed your annual allowance which is currently 60k each year.
As no income you will only be able to contribute £2880 to then get tax relief.
A pension does not count as earnigs to get tax relief on your contributions.

RE: QROPS Rollover to Non-QROPS Australia
Hi,
Since 6 April 2017, you need to have been resident outside the UK for 10 consecutive tax years before you can access a QROPS pension (before April 2017, the requirement was five consecutive tax years).
However, even if you satisfy the 10-year rule, you may still fall under UK tax rules if you withdraw from a QROPS within five years of switching from a UK-based pension.
You would need to check with the pension company re any roll over.
Thank you. -

Hi,
You can pay through your self-assessment account for the 2023-2024 tax year.
Depending on how much you earn, this will either be calculated automatically for you when you complete your self-assessment, or you can opt to pay voluntarily if your earnings were below the Small Profits Threshold.
