On the assumption the company is incorporated and resident in the UK the bank interest would be subject to Corporation Tax.
It would be a non-trading loan relationship credit.

RE:Error in RTI reporting
Hi mark Virgo,
All payroll products support sending an amended FPS as standard.
Therefore, if your software does not currently allow an FPS for the relevant tax year, you should approach your payroll software provider to establish when they intend to make the change to their product.
In the meantime the emplolyee should contact the Personal Tax helpline on 0300 200 3300 to discuss further or the UC department.
You could give a letter to the employee explaining the situation and they could provide this to the UC department to take into consideration.

RE:Capital Gains Tax on Sale of Overseas Property
Hi saurabh chugh,
A. Yes you will be due private residence relief for the period you lived in it.
B. As sold in the 22/23 tax year, it needs to be reported in that years ta return and the due date for the return and any liability is 31/1/24
C. If the purchase payments were all in the same tax year, you can use any of the export rates within that year. for the sale it will be the date of the sale.
