If you are not resident in the UK for the full 22/23 tax year and you had no UK property or investment income, then a tax return is unlikely to be required.

For the SA filing, they will be provided with 3 months and 7 days to file from when the SA record is created.
Which would be after the 31/10/2023 deadline.
We can't take details to trace the receipt of the post until after the expected timescales have passed. -

As previously advised, HMRC is unable to provide a Certificate of Residence to an individual who is not in receipt of income from overseas.
If the tax authorities of India will not accept your 'Letter of Confirmation of residence' , you would have to re-apply for a Certificate of Residence when the Indian interest has been received.
