HMRC refund to UK bank account

I live in France and my UK bank has said I have to close the account. I cannot find a UK bank for non-residents apart from the newer digital 'banks'. Will HMRC pay refunds into a Revolut or WISE account?

If you have an online account you can request the repayment into your UK bank account, If you are unable to set up an online record on link below, you can contact HMRC to review and issue the repayment.
