Hi I land the UK last year on 16th November, in the 2021-2022 tax year I only stayed 141 days, should I need to self-assessment tax return?

Hi ericngyh,

You will need to review the guidance at:
Residence, domicile and the remittance basis: RDR1
and complete the tests, to work out if you are deemed resident in the UK for the whole tax year, part of the tax year or not resident at all.
If you are classed as resident and split year treatment applies, then you will need to complete a self assessment tax return.
We are not able to advise whether you are resident and whether split year treatment applies or not.

Thank you.
