Self Assessment 21-22 showing Question Mark on date 'received'

On my 2021-2022 Self Assessment is showing a tick next to the date it was SUBMITTED 26 April 22 Underneath that, it shows a question mark on the date it was RECEIVED 26 April 22 Any idea what this means? The 'explanation box' does not say.

The return is not instantly available on HMRC systems and sometimes the date is different.
