Repayment

I’ve recently had a correction on my tax which in turn has put me in credit, I request a repayment online but it’s still saying I’m in credit over a week since a I requested the repayment, is this normal?

Hi,I've been waiting 4 weeks for tax rebate.22/23.saying bank repayment pending.is this normal as its usually 10 days,I also had 10 pounds in my account which is also being paid back.

I was told if your repayment hasn’t been made within the 10 days additional security checks are being carried out and 6 weeks is the timeline for completion.

If the repayment is still pending then it has been selected for additional security checks. We try to clear these within 6 weeks however it can take longer at this time of year due to the number of returns submitted. If we require any further information you will receive a letter.
