We're an overseas investment company (incorporated and based in Chile). We applied for a UTR number by post on December 2022, have confirmation from the courier company (Fedex) that our application was delivered, but haven't received any letter from the HMRC neither the UTR yet. We tried to trace the status of our application by phone but our calls are consistently answered by an automated system which has no information on this specific scenario. None of the member of our company have a UTR number so we cannot access to the Self Assesment support. We would appreciate any help.
