Claiming home-working (Covid 19) tax refund for previous tax years in Self Assessment form

I am filling in a Self Assessment form for the tax year from April 2021 to April 2022. Can I claim a tax refund for working from home in the previous tax year (Apr'20--Apr'21) when my employer required me to work from home (e.g., at the baseline rate of £6/week), within this self-assessment submission?
