wrong address on self-assessment form, do I need to fill out the form again?

Hi, I registered for self-assessment and received the following message "We have received your application to register for Self Assessment. We are unable to process your application because the address provided does not match our records. WHAT TO DO NOW. You will need to check or update your address before resubmitting the form." I have updated my address, but I am confused about the 'resubmitting the form" part. Is the form resubmitted manually, or do I need to fill it out again?
