Hi My account says bank payment pending and it has been like that for 4 weeks at least now and I haven't received any letters to say why. I see you say not to phone your line if asking when it will go in so hopefully someone can give me some advice. I even done it online.

If you contact us please allow six weeks since the date of the request.
