Self assesment tax not updating

Hello, About two weeks ago I submitted my self assesment. I got downloads and a reference number that would suggest that it has been entered into the system. Yet, when I go back to the portal it invites me to submit again. I have received no mail that I can tell. The 'pay your tax' section says "You are £111.31 in credit and have no tax to pay." - which is not correct, I should owe a lot more. Is it just taking a lot of time to process? There appears to be no way to track it that I can tell. Best, Nathan
