Hi, You have recently sent me a letter regarding my expenses claim and requested some information from me. I have tried to call your number multiple times to no avail. Sometimes I have been waiting for over an hour and the phone simply cuts off. I don't have loads of free time to call you. So how on earth can I contact you when your phone line doesn't work? I am very keen to do what I can. I'd be grateful to know if it would be better to send you the information you require, by post? Or alternatively can you call me please? I am happy to give my number. Please let me know the best option. Thanks.

Hi,

You will need to contact our Income Tax department regarding this, unless there is another address or number shown on the letter
