RE: Moving abroad and sending money back to UK
Hi,
You would not be taxed on the actual money transfer but if this then generates any interest, this is taxable income. You will need to wait until you actually leave as your circumstances could change between now and June.

RE: Certificate of tax residence for past years
Hi,
You can apply for a certificate of residence (COR) or letter of confirmation of residence (LOCR) if there is a double taxation agreement with the foreign country. You can only request a COR for the present date or dates in the past. We cannot issue CORs for a future date. A LOCR is issued in relation to an foreign country, where there is no foreign income. Please have a look at the guidance below, from where you can also apply online.

RE: Tax on savings interest
Hi,
I'm sorry you weren't made aware of the change to your code, we usually inform you automatically of any change made to your code, by sending a P2 coding notice. If you have savings interest, and your tax free allowance hasn't been entirely used by any other income, the savings interest will be applied to your code to confirm that your spare tax-free allowances have been utilised. If your savings interest exceeds your remaining tax-free allowance, all additional savings allowances available will then be applied.
