Hi Gokhan,
Please refer to our website here:

Which confirms that CCS Collect is a debt agency used by HMRC.
Interest will continue to accrue until the tax liability for the accounting period is settled in full.
If you are concerned a payment has not been credited to the company's Corporation Tax account please contact Corporation Tax Services.
Please seefor guidance:

We will need to know the date and amount of the payment.
We may also need to know the type of account the payment came from (UK Bank account, UK Building Society, or International Bank account) Details of the account from which the payment was made (Payer Name, Sort Code, Bank Account Number), the method (BACS, Bank GIRO Credit, CHAPS, cheque, credit card, debit card, direct debut, or FPS) and details of the account to which the payment was made (Sort Code and Bank Account Number).

RE:Capital Allowances - Furnished Holiday Lettings Business
Hi Nick Smith,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately I am unable to give you a full answer to your query within this general Income from Property forum.
As you have stated under the HMRC rules in respect of a property being classed as a Furnished Holiday Let the property has to be let out commercially to the public for at least 105 days.
Please refer to the following guidance if the property is let out for less than 105 days:
HS253 Furnished holiday lettings (2020)
However, I would advise you to contact the Greater London Council in respect of your question regarding obtaining planning permission for a material change of use.
Thank you. -

RE:UK GOV Bonds(gilt) CGT and interest income
Hi terrywykwong,
UK gilts are exempt from Capital Gains.
Interest on gilts are liable to income tax unless held in a SIPP or ISA so you would need to report the interest if not held in either of these accounts.
Thank you.

RE: Which Self Assessment Form for non-resident and not going to use remittance basis
Hi cmuk,
You do not report your overseas income.
For the residence section, you cannot file online using HMRC software.
As the whole return must be submitted together, you will need to buy 3rd party software or send in a paper return.
You cannot submit separately.
Thank you. -

If you're unable to pass security, please write to us at Self Assessment, HMRC, BX9 1AS, confirming your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and a contact number, and confirm what years you'd like to register for Self Assessment for.
Thanks you.
