It is only the tax deducted that you would enter.
If an overall refund and the tax deducted figure on your P60 has an 'R' next to it, enter the amount as a negative value.

If you have received a P800 PAYE calculation for 2023/24 and paid the underpayment and now need to file a Self Assessment tax return for the same tax year then you will need to contact HMRC to review and update the Self Assessement account with the payment made.

RE: Tax Relief on Donations when Gift Aid has not been given
Hi Zain Faheem,
If you are a higher rate tax payer then the charity will claim the basic rate tax relief 20% and as you pay tax at 40% would be entitled to claim the 20% relief up to the 40%.

If you have not claimed the child benefit then you would not have anything to declare on the Self Assessment tax return so what you have done is correct.
