As you had the home in the 21/22 tax year and came to UK in 22/23, Case 8 doesnt apply to you.
You may want to look at Case 4.

Under Article 17 of the DTA, the pension from Hong Kong is not liable in the UK.
It shoud however be referred to as an additional note and that Article 17 applies.

As it is part of your P60 income it is just shown on the employment page.
If foreign tax has been paid, you need to claim the Foreign Tax Credit Relief under the foreign page.
