As per the title, I received my UTR a week ago to be able to do a self-assessment for the first time online for property income that I receive. At the bottom of the letter with the UTR it says "Most people file online. It's convenient, safe and secure. If you have not sent a tax return online before go to online.hmrc.gov.uk/registration to get started." However, if I go to that address it says: "This HM Revenue & Customs web service is currently unavailable. We apologise for this inconvenience. Some of our online services may be available, please follow the links below to access them. If the service you wish to use is not currently available please try again later." There's a link to online filing, so I click that, log in using my Gov Gateway ID and it takes me to my personal tax account page. I cannot find any link there to input my UTR and file a self assessment. In fact in one section it says that I paid the right amount of tax for the year end 2022 which is not true as I haven't done a self assessment yet. Alternatively, if I Google HMRC self assessment, and click though the links, I once again end up in my online "Personal tax account" with no option to fill out a self assessment. What should I do? Thanks.

UPDATE: Phoned up and it's sorted now. An option to fill it in should appear on my personal tax account page soon.

There's a link on the right-hand side of the page - does this work: https://www.gov.uk/log-in-file-self-assessment-tax-return
