I recently received an email regarding the forum members 'Opt-in' request by 19 Feb 2024. I would like to know if this email is not a fraud email or it is an ‘real’ email asking members to respond to. It requires us to click on a link to 'Opt-in'. Thank you indeed.

Dear HMRC Pension contribution, I'm having the same problems 1) I've tried several times to use the online service but it refuses to accept my new UK chipped passport, 2) I've tried many times to phone various numbers and none work? I'm trying to pay extra years to my pension. Please help and provide a telephone number that actually works. All the numbers I've tried ring and then nothing? I think most people will run out of time using this extremely poor service. Regards Antony Stocks
