RE: Am I due a tax rebate?
Hi Andrew,
This would depend on the tax code operated by the pension provider.
If your other incomes (not including drawdown) total or exceed £12570 (this years personal allowance, and you have no other deductions in your code) and a BR code
has been operated by your pension provider, this would be correct.
Please use the income tax calculator (Estimate your Income Tax for the current year) to include your total income and calculate tax due.
If you believe you are due a repayment, you can complete a form P53Z.
Thank you. -
RE: Tax rebate / Login
Hi,
If you are using a mobile phone, we have been made aware of an issue affecting some mobile phone users (we are working on a fix for this).
If you have access to a tablet/laptop/computer, please try using one of those in the first instance.
Failing that, you would need to contact us to request a cheque.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

RE: P800 - requested refund by cheque
Hi,
You should receive your cheque within 6 weeks from the date this was requested, this could be sooner than the 6 week timescale but cannot be guaranteed.
Thank you. -
RE: Bonus Clawback
Hi Olus,
If you have repaid the bonus to your employer and your P45 is incorrect you should ask your employer to amend the P45 details on the payroll system and submit the
amended RTI details to HMRC so your tax records can be updated.
As the P45 is incorrect you would not hand this into a new employer, you would need to complete a form P46 (Starter declaration form) so your tax records can be updated.
Thank you. -
RE: Settlement Agreement pay off.

RE: Recovery of tax free allowance
Hi,
The tax code may have reduced allowances if we have your estimated income as over £100,000, the PA is reduced by 1 for every £2 earned over £100,000.
Check your PTA to ensure we have the correct estimated income for yourself for this tax year.
If it has been reduced due to an underpayment of tax from the previous year, you could make a voluntary payment for this.
Thank you. -
RE: Pension tax relief
Hi ws2000 Stad,
Put your claim in writing or call HMRC.
If the gross amount of the contribution is over £10,000 for any of these tax years the claim must be made in writing with evidence of the payment/s made from the
pension provider specifying whether the payments are net or gross.
Tax on your private pension contributions
Thank you.
