TOR multiple ships

Hello, I hope you are well. I have a question that is similar, but different to others, so thought I would post. I am relocating to the UK for work from Australia, but I wanted to make sure I like it before shipping the total contents of my house and dog. So what I am going to do is send priority items at first, and perhaps a year or so later, ship the rest of my stuff and dog later, but this may not happen, or I may not decide to send everything. Should I complete an all encompassing TOR in case I do ship everything over eventually, or can I apply for a second TOR as or when I want the rest of my belongings? Thanks in advance, and apologies if this is an annoying question, I just want to make sure I am doing the documentation correctly. Thank you Pauline
