Personal tax account for non uk citizens

Hello there, I am a non uk citizen and I want to register for my personal tax account and. I can’t verify because I do not have a UK license or a UK passport, what do I do, I have my NI number, Payslips, P60, BRP, and my non uk passport. What do I do?

If you are unable to verify with the options provided, you will not be able to access the personal tax account.

So I can’t access my own tax account with my own documents that UK gov gave me, because I don’t have a UK passport or license ? When can you accept these documents for verification?
