RE: Title deed as evidence for form 17

Both documents are similar in nature.
A Deed of Trust is a legal document which sets out the terms of the trust.
A Declaration of Trust also outlines the terms of the Trust, however, it contains the additional section of outlining specific beneficial interest split of a property.
A Deed of Trust also includes additional legal binding clauses.

RE: Reverse Charge VAT on legal services received from abroad
Hi Tax Analyst,
Yes you would still need to account for the reverse charge on the full invoice value.
At section 5.12 of Notice 741a it states:
The value of the transaction on which VAT must be added under the reverse charge is the total amount paid together with the value of any other form of consideration.
This includes any taxes levied abroad.
