Hi Malcolm,
Anything posted or couriered to you from another country goes through customs to check it is not banned or restricted and you pay the right tax and ‘duty’ on it.
The parcel or courier company (for example, Royal Mail or Parcelforce) is responsible for taking goods through UK customs.
You do not pay customs charges if imported goods are under the personal allowance, please see below link for more information.

RE: Corporation tax due amount is wrong on hmrc portal
Hi totalwise,
Corporation Tax is self assesed we will use the figures provided by the company via the CT600 and accounts and tax computations.
If the amounts used are incorrect you need to arrange for the return to be amended.

The UTR would have been sent by post to the registered office address.
You should check your details are correct on Companies House.
You can request another copy is sent to the registered office address using the link below:
