GB eori number different from VAT number

Hello, I recently applied for a GB EORI number, however, this has came back in a different format than the VAT number. Is there any consequences for this? Thanks

You should correspond with the EORI team explaining the issue and provide your companies details and EORI numbers to ISBC.eoricontact@hmrc.gov.uk .
