Tax refund cheque - tracking number or online payments

I left UK now I live in Denmark and HMRC says - tax refund cheque is dispatched but they are not confirming the address where they dispatched the cheque. HMRC is not even cofirming the Courier/Post trackning number for the same. I am going to shift to new address in Denmark in a week, so tracking the cheque is important for me. 1. How can I track the heque issued by HMRC? 2. Can I get the the tex refund amount online in my UK bank account instead of cheque? Awaiting for the positive reply. Thanks.

HMRC do not provide tracking numbers for post issued.
We can only cancel the cheque and issue a bank repayment if this was a refund from Self Assessment.
